Chapter 4
An Exemplary Story
In his sixth annual report, the Commissioner keeps up the tradition of recognizing best practices and innovation by government ministries and agencies in providing French-language services.
The exemplary practices chosen by the Commissioner were selected because they were developed in partnership with the Franco-Ontarian community, or because they enhanced the vitality of disadvantaged Francophone populations in some concrete way. Although the Commissioner is unable to select all of the practices submitted to him, he is grateful to all the ministries and agencies that agreed to take part in this constructive exercise.
