Complaints Received in 2012-2013

In the 2012-2013 fiscal year, the Commissioner’s Office received 349 complaints (Table 2). In absolute terms, that is a slight decline relative to 2011-2012. Again this year, the Commissioner’s Office received a large number of individual complaints on a wide variety of issues and genuine concerns ranging from the lack of French-language service at a service counter to unilingual-English consultations and situations where services were available but not equivalent.
