IMPORTANT NOTICE : NEW CHANGES
The Office of the French Language Services Commissioner will be making two changes this fall that will affect its complaint form and will assist in processing your complaints and information requests.
1. INTRODUCTORY QUESTIONS
There will be three questions to answer before accessing the complaint form. The purpose of the questions is to assist our Investigations Unit in assessing your complaint. However, it will still be possible to access the complaint form directly.
2. COMPLAINTS PORTAL
A Client portal will be created to allow you to track the processing of your complaint, communicate rapidly with the Investigations Unit, and file other complaints. Once you have requested and received your user code and password, you will be able to check the status of all your complaints and you will no longer have to re-enter all your personal information each time you submit a complaint.
These changes will enable us to process all complaints and information requests submitted to us efficiently and promptly.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about the upcoming changes, at 1 866 246-5262.
