The Honourable Madeleine Meilleur’s 10th Anniversary as Minister Responsible for Francophone Affairs of Ontario

The Honourable Madeleine Meilleur was appointed Minister Responsible for Francophone Affairs of Ontario on October 23, 2003. Today, exactly 10 years later, I would like to congratulate Minister Meilleur on her decade of accomplishments in the service of Ontario’s Francophonie.

Notwithstanding the criticisms that can be levelled at the government, I believe it is important to recognize that the Minister’s 10 years of public commitment to serving Ontario’s Francophonie deserve to be acknowledged.
